Dr. Roger Coleman is a 1974 graduate of Palmer Chiropractic College. He has authored and published 13 peer reviewed articles as well as numerous trade journal articles. Dr. Coleman has lectured nationally and internationally and held post graduate and research faculty positions at National University of Health Sciences and Life College West. During his years in practice Dr. Coleman served as a board member and/or consultant to the Washington State Chiropractic Advisory Committee to the Department of Labor and Industries, The Industrial Insurance Chiropractic Advisory Committee, and the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries. In 2005 he coauthored The Secret to Getting Medical & Chiropractic Referrals: A complete marketing program for massage therapist.
Currently Dr. Coleman serves as Director of Research for the Gonstead Clinical Studies Society, a position he has held since 2007. He also currently serves on the board of directors for the Association for the History of Chiropractic. Since 2010, he has also been the Chiropractic Sciences Editor here at ScienceInBrief.com. He brings over 36 years of practice experience and his unique, common sense observations are an invaluable contribution to this publication. Dr. Coleman and his wife Jean have been married for 39 years and live in Othello WA.
