Dr. David Myers is a senior executive leader for Upstream Rehabilitation serving as the Chief Clinical Officer as a physical therapist. He is an instructor and a mentor for leadership and personal development programs. His specific area of clinical expertise and training is orthopedics, sports medicine and manual physical therapy.  He has achieved board certification in orthopedics, certification as an Integrative manual therapist and teaches Physical Therapy continuing education nationally. He has served on the nation committee Federation of State Boards for Physical Therapy. He has been selected to the USOC Sports Medicine Team for three terms for national and international events including the Paralympics. He has published and conducted research in the areas of cardiovascular disease and evaluative techniques for cervical radiculopathies. Dr. Myers has broad experience in the development of leadership training and sports medicine programs combined with an extensive background in operations for outpatient rehabilitation.
