Benjamin Fergus is a board certified Doctor of Chiropractic and certified Acupuncturist practicing outside of Chicago. He is a certified Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) Practitioner. Dr. Fergus is currently the clinic director of Cornerstone Health, a multidisciplinary practice in Evanston, Illinois. He specializes in treating patients with chronic and complex conditions, neurological injuries, TMJ/TMD, and athletes working to improve sport performance and durability.
In 2012, Dr. Fergus founded GRIP Approach education seminars. He is the primary instructor for the GRIP Approach Certification Courses as well as the GRIP Approach Focus Courses. He has lectured internationally on the topics of global rehabilitation, injury prevention, sport performance, TMJ/TMD, and integrative medical practices. His lectures have been well received by osteopaths, chiropractors, physical therapists, athletic trainers and massage therapists.
Dr. Fergus has two current areas of clinical research: 1) the durability of changes to range of motion following rehabilitative intervention, and 2) clinical outcome assessment scores in a population that meets a standard of full functional range of motion.
