Lori Harrison is a certified Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach, Fitness Nutritionist Specialist, and Yoga & Group instructor. She has a Bachelor of Science in Recreational/Sports Management & Business, plus she holds certifications with numerous organizations, including the National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA), National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Athletics Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and American Council on Exercise (ACE).

Lori has a passion for exercising and being healthy, and also for making a positive impact on people’s lives. She has dedicated her life to changing people’s perception of fitness, health and wellness. Working in this industry allows her to see immediate payback when helping people achieve their fitness goals. She believes it’s gratifying to see people improving small aspects of their daily lives.
