Dr. Alan Sokoloff, DACBSP is in his 29th year of practice as the clinic director for the Yalich Clinic and Performance Center in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Dr. Sok, as he is known by his patients, is a Diplomat of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians from the American Chiropractic Association Sports Council on Physical Fitness. He is a two term past president of the Maryland Chiropractic Association. Dr. Sok was part of the United States Olympic Sports Medicine Teams at the USOC, Goodwill Games and Pan Am Games. He has been the team chiropractor for the Baltimore Ravens since 1999, and continues to be a part of the sports medicine team for the University of Maryland and Baltimore Orioles AA Team in Bowie, Maryland. He recently completed an award winning educational video on concussion prevention entitled “Tackling Concussions Head-On”. One of Dr. Sok’s passions is teaching and sharing information to new and seasoned doctors on getting involved in sports chiropractic and staying involved.
