Heather is a Registered Massage Practitioner and a Functional Rehab Trainer for Sport and Spine Rehab in Rockville, MD. She’s a Maryland native and began working at the young age of fifteen. As soon as she was old enough to get a work permit, she landed her first job as a cashier at an Amoco gas station in Olney, MD. A “jack of all trades”, Heather has done everything from flipping pizzas to making cocktails. After high school, she attended Montgomery College for a year before enrolling at Potomac Massage Training Institute in Washington, D.C. She graduated in 2005 and has been practicing in Maryland ever since.

Heather is also licensed to practice massage in Florida, where she lived for a year in 2013. She excelled tremendously during her time in the sunshine state, and came home to practice what she had learned. When Heather isn’t working, she enjoys being outdoors, and with her family most. She is an amateur astronomer, and can often be seen in the backyard with her telescope. She loves the beach and dreams of retiring in Destin, Florida. Heather is an avid swimmer, diver and also a classically trained singer. She sings constantly, just ask her colleagues.
