The AMP-K Diet Program Helps Reduce Body Fat!

Some people struggle to lose weight, while others lose or maintain an ideal weight easily. Recent research has uncovered why it is harder to lose weight as you age.

This discovery is an enzyme called AMP-K which can help determine how easy it is to lose or gain weight.

Greens First Lean has developed a program to support healthy production of AMP-K and help promote a healthy metabolism.

PROMOTE AMP-K PRODUCTION

1) SUPPORT METABOLISM & HEALTHY FAT BURNING

Use Amp Up Plus B-12 spray by taking two sprays under your tongue.

Do this three (3) times a day. Once when you wake up, once before lunch and once before dinner.

PROMOTE FULLNESS & SUPPORT YOUR METABOLISM

2) BREAKFAST:

Take one (1) Stress and Craving, then have either a Protein 5 Plus shake [Vanilla or Chocolate] (mixed with cold water or unsweetened almond milk) or two eggs plus half a cup of egg whites.

Do not have cereals.

You can add a quarter cup of berries to your shake, but do not have any bananas. You can have oatmeal once per week. If you eat oatmeal or any bread, (carbs), take three (3) Carb Blocker 5.0 prior to eating.

3) SUPPORT ADRENALS, PROMOTE AMP-K & HEALTHY METABOLISM

Take one (1) Natural Energy capsule in the morning and take another one (1) in the afternoon.

4) NO JUICES, AVOID DAIRY & LIMIT ALCOHOL

Do not drink juices of any kind and avoid Dairy. [At the most, cheese twice a week in your salad or in an omelet]. No more than three (3) alcoholic beverages per week, but no mixed drinks. On the days you drink alcohol, take three (3) Carb Blocker 5.0 prior to drinking.

5) LUNCH

Take one (1) Stress and Craving before lunch for appetite control and to support sugar transfer to muscle, not fat. Then have a protein for lunch (no frying or breading), with vegetables and one healthy fat (either tablespoon of olive oil, mayonnaise, 5 whole walnuts, 6 olives, ¼ of an avocado, or 7 almonds).

6) MID-AFTERNOON SNACK

If you are having fruit as a mid-afternoon snack, take three (3) Carb Blocker 5.0 before you eat the fruit. You can eat any one of any of the following fruits:

1 cup of cubed cantaloupe

1 peach

1 apple

1 orange

1 cup of any berries

1 pear

2 small plums

Half a grapefruit

For a more Keto like diet, have 10 almonds or 7 olives for your snack. No fruit after 4:00 p.m.

7) DINNER

30 minutes before dinner, take one (1) Stress and Craving. Then have protein (4-6 ounce for woman, 6-8 ounce for men) with two vegetables (use olive oil for cooking and on salads and vegetables).

Do not fry or bread the protein. You can have any green vegetables and any color bell pepper, plus yellow squash, cucumbers, pickles and cauliflower.

8) LIMIT BREAD, RICE & POTATOES

When you have rice or potatoes, take three (3) Carb Blocker 5.0 before the meal.

  • Limit bread to 4 slices a week. Use rye bread whenever possible.
  • No white bread.
  • Limit rice to ½ cup brown rice per week.
  • Limit potatoes to half a sweet potato, once per week.

9) SUPPORT HEALTHY APPETITE CONTROL WITH THE NATURAL APPETITE SUPPRESSANT

If you are hungry during the day, take two (2) Control pills a day: one at 10 a.m. and one at 2 p.m.

10) READ FOOD LABELS

When reading a food label at the supermarket, compare carbohydrates to fiber. Carbohydrates should not be more than six times the fiber. (Fiber x 6 > Carbohydrates.)

SIMPLE ACTIVITY TIPS

Move your body with some form of activity for 30 to 60 minutes per day for optimal weight loss and overall health and well-being.

WALK

Walk 3 miles in less than one hour either before breakfast or after dinner.

UPPER BODY PUSH UPS & SIMPLE SQUATS

Do simple upper body push-ups against a counter and do simple squats in and out of a chair.

EXERCISE BANDS

Exercise bands are an easy way to help burn fat and build lean body mass.

DAILY ACTIVITY

Be active as much as possible. Walking your dog, actively playing with your children or grandchildren and gardening are all enjoyable ways of getting your blood pumping and burning up those extra calories.
