If You’re Going to Suggest One New Year, New Food Resolution in 2022 to Patients, Make It This One!

There’s a good chance your patients are thinking of ways to live healthier in the new year. Whether they want to reduce joint pain and inflammation, drop 10 pounds, or have more energy, I have a simple resolution that you can offer them that will provide their biggest bang for the buck.

A Simple Resolution

If you could share a way to strengthen their immune system, increase their energy throughout the day, help their brain be sharper and more focused, and help them have a more peaceful and happy mental outlook, would they be interested? Of course!

But what if those benefits involved them making a change in what they eat, say eating 5 more servings of fruits and vegetables every day? Would they be willing to do that? Probably Not!
