Dr. Cruz graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in 1996. He received his Bachelors of Science degree from Sonoma State University, majoring in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine and has completed graduate course work in Kinesiology.
He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He is also the Team Chiropractor for Dominican University Athletics and has worked with several high school and college teams.
Dr. Cruz serves as an Expert Witness/Consultant for the California State Board of Chiropractic Examiners. He is also a State Appointed Qualified Medical Evaluator and conducts independent medical examinations for many insurance companies.
While pursuing a graduate degree in Kinesiology, he founded WebExercises® which has become one of the most widely utilized exercise software programs used by physical therapists, chiropractors and fitness professionals in over a half a dozen countries. He is currently Chief Executive Officer of WebExercises® and has spoken on the topic of exercise prescription and technology at countless events.
