Dr. Robert Silverman

Dr. Silverman has a full-time successful private practice in White Plains, NY, where he specializes in the diagnosis of joint pain and soft-tissue management, and its treatments with an innovative, established and well-researched approach to non-surgical care, while incorporating proper nutrition protocols. He is a nationally known speaker. Traveling all over the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada, Dr. Silverman teaches other doctors, nutritionists, and practitioners about health, disease prevention, performance, and chiropractic treatments. He is also an author where he has published numerous articles (local and professional publications) on treating and preventing sports injuries, joint pain, and nutrition. In addition, Dr. Silverman also gives seminars on the assessment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries, treatments and nutrition for various organizations and Fortune 500 corporations. He is a post-graduate instructor at the University of Bridgeport, College of Chiropractic, and Northwestern Health Sciences University, College of Chiropractic.

Dr. Silverman also serves as a chiropractor, nutritionist, and sports performance consultant for high school teams, major colleges, professional teams (basketball, triathletes, football, track & field, MMA), Olympic athletes and Olympic hopefuls, and acted as team doctor for the Amino Vital pro-cycling team. He serves as a member of the medical team of New York City’s Triathlons and Marathons, Westchester Triathlon, multiple international Iron Man® events, and local sports venues.

Dr. Silverman appears on Westchester’s channel 76 – Beyond the Game, as a sports injury consultant and also as a pain-management and nutrition consultant on radio 1460AM and 1240AM. He can be seen weekly on his own local TV show “Get Healthy with Dr. Rob” and was featured on Westchester’s channel 12 as their Nutritional Weight Loss expert in addition to being a national spokesperson for the Vitamin Ester-C.
